Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order.

Items may be returned not later than 14 days from the day on which you received them. The customer is required to cover the immediate costs for sending back a return package. Sale items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. After that, we will give you a store credit or exchange.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you are able to provide us with proof of delivery (for example, a signature of receipt). When you send back your return package, please make sure to send item with "signature required" or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured shipping service similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. 

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify Wellicious GmbH clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract via post, fax or e-mail. Please e-mail us to receive a template withdrawal letter: info@wellicious.com

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired.

We will refund all payments for full-priced items received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. Additionally, the normal dying process leaves traces of colour in wastewater – which not only harms the environment but can also be unhealthy for your skin.

Those facts were behind our motivation to create yoga wear which is safe for both our customers and the environment.

We take greenwashing in the fashion industry seriously, this is why we have integrated our fashion supply chain in the certification of our products. All of our products are Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold by the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, and have received the highest Platinum award for material health. This means that no trace of microplastic has left behind in the ocean or ground. We have a supplier confidentiality policy as it took us years to develop this circular fabric. But as a requirement of the Cradle to Cradle Innovation Institute, we have exclusively collaborated with suppliers and manufacturers accredited by the Cradle to Cradle Institute to ensure that all our yarns, fabrics, and supply chain components are certified. On top, an independent assessor guarantees the alignment of our warehouse, suppliers, and production facilities with the rigorous standards established by the Cradle to Cradle Institute, ensuring their inclusion in our transparent system.

Apart from our GOTS certified organic cotton with the certification number CU829846GOTS-2022-00114335 sourced from Peru, everything – including our yarns, labels, and fabrics – is manufactured in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Our final collection pieces are sewn in Bulgaria.

Having our entire production process made in Europe also means shorter distances between our manufacturers, warehouses and headquarters help us reduce our carbon footprint, thus reducing the strain on our planet’s natural resources, minimizing our impact on climate change. We maintain the highest working and environmental standards in full compliance with European health, safety, and environment principles and at the same time, we reduce the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) of our garments.
