Wellicious ambassador, Sarah Highfield, recently flew over to the beautiful island of Mauritius to teach yoga in Bel Ombre at Chateau de Bel Ombre, part of Heritage Le Telfair by Heritage Resorts.
Mauritius is stunning, there is no other place quite like it. Its year-round sunshine, multicoloured coral reef and picturesque mountains make it the jewel of the Indian Ocean.
For the exclusive yoga class, Sarah wore two summery items from our circular yoga and activewear collection. On the top, she wore our soon-to-be-released Cropped Dance Vest in our new shade of yellow (check out our white version here), and on the bottom, she wore our Yoga Shorts in Caviar Black.
Our new Cropped Dance Vest in yellow will be available to order soon. Similar to the rest of our yoga and activewear collection, the top will be Cradle to Cradle certified, circular, organic, super soft and very comfortable. It also co-ordinates beautifully with our leggings and pants, so you can mix and match it with existing pieces and look fantastic however you choose to style it.
Sarah’s yoga class took place at sunset in front of Chateau de Bel Ombre, a 19th century chateau set amongst lush tropical French gardens, so guests were blessed with the most beautiful and breathtaking yoga views. The class was both relaxing and grounding for everyone involved.
Showcasing our circular designs in Mauritius was a special moment for us as the yoga class took place within Heritage Resorts which are known for their own commitment to sustainability. Heritage Resorts proudly holds the Green Key eco-label, focuses on using local suppliers only, and is actively working in collaboration with Reef Conservation Mauritius to help protect the Bel Ombre coastal ecosystem.
