Nathalie Grahlert is a former ballerina who decided to swap the Ballet for Yoga! Now she is a renowned Yoga Teacher based in Austria and is teaching in an upcoming Yoga retreat 'Let go & Let in' in Weggis, Switzerland organised by Beyond Yoga.

The Retreat will take place on the Hotel Alpenblick from the 22nd March to the 24th March. The Hotel Alpenblick is enthroned above the rooftops of Weggis and offers an incredible panoramic view of Lake Lucerne and the Lucerne Riviera.
Nathalie invites you to consolidate your vision for the current year, to refine it or perhaps to consciously realise it for the first time. Through embodiment exercises, meditations, moments in nature and on the yoga mat, you will internalise your vision and record your personal messages on a vision board - and invite them into your life.
