EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. You can return items to us anytime up to 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. In order for us to process your return, please make sure all item(s) are in the same condition in which you received it/them. This means unused, unworn, and without any marks (i.e. deodorant, food, grease, make-up etc.). Please take care to avoid scenting the garment(s) with perfume, and please also ensure all labels are kept intact.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you are able to provide us with proof of delivery (for example, a signature of receipt). When you send back your return package, please make sure to send item with "signature required" or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured shipping service similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. 

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in unused, unworn, and perfect condition,

Returns of sale items are eligible only for a store credit or an exchange. Store credit issued will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

COMMUNITY SALE ITEMS

Items purchased through a Community Sale are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Please read careful below the instructions applicable to your country.

EU ORDERS:

Please write in the packing list “refund” or “exchange”, add to your parcel and send your order to our Germany warehouse. We will refund your item (or send you an exchange if requested) as soon as we receive your parcel.

SWITZERLAND AND WORLDWIDE ORDERS:

To avoid customs delays, additional duties, or import taxes, all international returns must follow the instructions below.

Before sending your return, please contact us at customerservice(at)wellicious.com to request a proforma invoice for customs. Please note that if a return is shipped with incorrect customs information and import duties/taxes are charged to us, we reserve the right to:

  • deduct these charges from the refund amount, or
  • refuse the shipment

We will send you a proforma invoice with all necessary information already added. Please print it and send with the parcel. You will find all information requested by the shipping company in this document (i.e. value, HS code or country of origin).

Inside the parcel, please add the packing list requesting a refund or exchange. We will refund your item (or send you an exchange if requested) as soon as we receive your parcel.

Recommended Shipping Method:

We strongly recommend using:

  • tracked shipping
  • signature confirmation
  • For USA returns, we recommend using UPS.

Please keep your tracking number until your return has been processed.
