Which size should I order?
You will find our size guide in the products descriptions and here . Just look out for the question mark sign. The size guide also gives you an overview with different size systems, like UK or EU.

What methods of payment do you accept?
If you purchase goods via our online store, you can pay by card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please email us.

Do you accept American Express?
Yes. Please see above for a list of payment types we accept.

Technical difficulties while placing my order – what do I do?
Please get in touch if you experience difficulties while placing your order. We can find out what is causing the problem; we are happy to assist you with your order.

Yes! We sell personalised gift vouchers and are happy to create one for you – we just need the following information:
- Name of receiver
- Your name
- Personal message (optional)
- Amount / currency
If it is a last minute voucher, please give us a quick call to make sure it will be ready in time.

What delivery service do you use?
Usually we send with DHL Parcel Standard Delivery. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your parcel is on its way. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder, or get in touch with us.

Kan jeg ændre eller annullere min ordre?
Når din ordre er afgivet online, kan du ikke længere ændre den online. Hvis du ønsker at returnere/få refunderet/ombytte/tilbagekalde en ordre, henvises du til afsnittet "Returnering/refusion/tilbagekaldelse" i vores vilkår og betingelser.

Varer kan returneres inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen. Ombytninger behandles med prioritet. Udfyld venligst formularen, der følger med din pakke. Vi kan desværre ikke acceptere returvarer, der ikke er i perfekt stand med alle mærker på. Hvis en vare er blevet brugt, accepteres refusion kun efter vores skøn. Vi anbefaler alle kunder at kontrollere produkterne grundigt ved levering, inden de fjerner eventuelle mærker og bortskaffer originalemballagen.

Hvad hvis min vare er defekt?
Hvis du modtager en vare, der er defekt eller beskadiget, bedes du straks underrette os via telefon eller e-mail, så vi kan arrangere, at du returnerer varen til os. Når vi har modtaget varen, vil vi undersøge den for at se, om den er defekt eller beskadiget. Desværre nej. Vores onlineforretning er adskilt fra vores forhandlere.

How will I know when I have been refunded?
Once processed, we will inform you by e-mail. This e-mail will include details of the refund. UK refunds will generally be returned to your account between 2-5 working days. International bank transfers may differ. If the amount is not showing up in your bank details, please show your card institution or bank the details we send you to find out more.

Which tops would you recommend for Yoga?
For “standard” yoga, we recommend choosing something rather tight or with a waistband. A built-in bra and a higher neckline help keep everything in place through each pose.

For hot yoga, we recommend the active seamless crop tops or our cotton and Lyocell bra tops (coming back soon!)

Which tops would you recommend for larger chest sizes?
Go for something with more support like our Control Bra.

Which styles are good to go for during pregnancy?
Go for pants with a foldable waistband – like our Best Yoga Pants – this will give your belly extra support and warmth. Most materials are quite stretchy and will fit as your belly grows.
