Meet the Ambassador - Michelle Lee

Michelle (@michelleekiu) is a wellness enthusiast and hybrid athlete, deeply passionate about her versatility in sports like Hyrox, Muay Thai, and running. Growing up, she faced adverse childhood experiences that pushed her to shape her discipline, resilience, and compassion, ultimately leading her to discover the empowering world of fitness. Her journey has shown her the transformative power of fitness, and she is ambitious to inspire and help others embrace active, balanced lives.

We saw you love Hyrox, how is that coming along?

I completed two Hyrox Mixed Doubles in Hong Kong and London in 2025. It was a very spontaneous decision with very little training, but nonetheless, I was really proud of my finishing time, and the sense of accomplishment I felt at the end was truly phenomenal. I’m excited for more races and opportunities to keep improving in 2026 and the years to come.

Do you have any upcoming events or news you'd like to share with our readers?

My goal for 2026 is to build and continue growing an authentic and supportive community in both London and Hong Kong, where I can inspire and help discipline others both mentally and physically. I hosted my first two running and yoga events in London as part of the community I have created, which I hope to continue expanding. I will be hosting more events like these in 2026, so follow my account @michelleekiu for announcements!

Do you have a favourite quote to live by?

No pain, No gain - I firmly believe that in most aspects of life, one must endure some form of hardship or discomfort to achieve success, improvement, or reward.
