Yoga Class In Wellicious Leggings

Choosing a class is tough, and then finding an awesome class at a time slot that works for you is almost a small miracle. There are certain times of the day where you shouldn't do yoga, or at least not certain types of yoga. Ayurveda divides the day into three different chunks of time which are good for certain things - but not for others. Our preferred time is at 6 am in the morning! From 6 am to 10 am is Kapha time. Kapha time is just perfect for moving your body. From 10 am to 2 pm is Pitta time. Pitta time is perfect for digesting food, as your body is already running at full speed. So those popular lunch time classes may not be suitable for many people. From 2 am to 6 am is Vata time. Vata time is perfect for furthering your spiritual practice!
