Kirsty Norton will be teaching at Huzur Vadisi in Turkey from 10-17th September. It is listed as one of the Independents Top Five Retreat Centres! It’s a wonderful place and very difficult to get to teach there, because it is usually fully booked.
Huzur Vadisi means 'peaceful valley', it’s nestled at the foot of a mountain and surrounded by pine forests. No other people live in the valley so you can imagine how profound the peace is. You will be treated like a houseguest, in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with plenty of space to be on your own and experience some solitude. Or if you prefer to be social there are lovely areas with scenic views for communal gatherings.
The food is exquisite and tastes so wonderful; in fact that they've produced a cookbook due to all the guest requests! It’s vegetarian so actually the perfect accompaniment to a yoga retreat as you detox and flush out the toxins in your system. You will return to your normal life feeling refreshed, renewed and GLOWING!
Your rooms are unique and wonderful nomadic yurts (the Turkish word for home) and which you can have to yourself (limited availability on a first come, first served basis). You will be extremely comfortable with proper beds, electricity, wooden floors and home comforts. You get lovely white cotton mosquito net over your bed for a relaxing and comfortable night sleep.
