Order and Payment
Which size shall I order?
You will find our size guide in the products descriptions and here . Just look out for the question mark sign.
The size sheet also gives you a comparisation with different size systems, like UK or EU.
What methods of payment do you accept?
If you purchase goods in our online store, you can pay by card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. If you Write us to receive information for bank payment.
Do you accept American Express?
No. Please see above for a list of payment types we do accept.
Technical difficulties while placing my order – what to do?
Please get in touch if you experience difficulties while placing your order. We can find out what’s causing the trouble, and we are happy to assist you with your order.
How to use my voucher code?
You can redeem your code in your shopping basket at the checkout.
Is my voucher code valid for sale items?
Usually vouchers are just valid for full price items in our collection, if not stated differently.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do sell personalized gift vouchers. The vouchers are personalized – we are happy to create one for you, we would just need the following information:
- Name of receiver
- Your name
- Personal message (optional)
- Amount / currency
If it’s a last minute project, please give us a quick call to make sure it will be ready in time.
How much are the shipping costs?
UK: 5.95 GBP
UK over 150 GBP / 175 EUR – free of charge
Europe: 7.95 EUR
Europ over 150 GBP / 175 EUR – free of charge
USA: 16.95 USD
Worldwide: 16.95 EUR
How long does the shipment take?
UK: 2-5 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days
USA: 5-12 working days

What delivery service are you using?
Usually we send with DHL Parcel Standard Delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder, or get in touch with us.
Return and Exchange
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed online you can no longer change it online. If you would like to return/refund/exchange/withdraw an order, please refer to the “Returns/Refund/Withdrawal” section in our terms and conditions.
What is your return/refund policy?

You can send items in 14 days from receiving them. During Christmas we allow 4 Weeks, after this period, we issue Credit Notes for the amount of the returned goods. Exchanges will be processed with priority. Please fill in the form you will find in your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns which are not in resellable state. Where the Product has been worn or used refunds will only be accepted at our discretion. We strongly advise all customers to check the products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
What if my item is faulty?
If you receive a Product which is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately by phone or email, and we shall make arrangements for you to return the relevant Product to us. Upon receipt of the Product, we will examine it to see if it is faulty or damaged. We may, as we think appropriate, either credit you with an appropriate sum in respect of the Product or we shall (subject to availability) repair it or send you a replacement product.
Do I have to pay for returns?
We ship exchange items without charging for shipping costs.
For the return shipping, we ask you kindly to cover the costs.

If I purchase something online can I return it in-store and visa versa?
Unfortunately no. Our online business is separate to that of our stockists.
If you need to return something you bought in store, you will need to return to the store from which you purchased the product.
How will I know when I have been refunded?
Once processed, we will inform you by email. This email will include details of the refund. UK refunds will generally be returned to your account between 2 to 5 working days. International bank transfers may differ. If the amount is not showing up in your bank details, please show your card institution or bank the details we send you to find out more.
Where is your office?
We are based Notting Hill in London, vibrant, exiting and truly multicultural, a city full of ideas and frenetic energy. We hope you will find our styles mirror these influences. We don’t sell in our office, but we are happy to tell you where you will find the nearest store.

Which tops would you recommend for Yoga?
Yoga, “standard”: choose something rather tight, or with waistband, with inside bra and higher neckline to keep all in place in every position
Yoga, dynamic: same like standard, ideally from our active seamless or recycled polyamide wear
Hot Yoga: the active seamless cropped tops or our cotton and Lyocell bras are ideal for it
Which Tops would you recommend for bigger ‘breasts’?
Go for something with more support like the Fierce Bra or Fierce Top
Which styles are good to go for during pregnancy?
Go for our pants with foldable waistband – like our Yoga Pants – this will give your belly extra support and warmth. The Multi Talent Belt is a great piece for pregnancy as well. Most materials are quite stretchy and will fit you. Check out our maternity section or get in touch.

We love our seamless active wear or recycled polyamide wear for higher impact sport
