I’ve been teaching STOTT Pilates for over three years and am an MSc qualified nutritionist. In addition to this, I regularly write for many health magazines and publications, including Women’s Fitness, Women’s Cycling, Glamour, Grazia, and OK magazine. I have over five years experience working in corporate health and wellbeing and contributing to online wellbeing products and smart phone apps.
I’m currently based in the south of France and London and teach individual and group Pilates classes, pre-natal Pilates and sports-specific Pilates. I also run nutrition workshops, one-to-one nutrition consultations and cookery workshops.
