Spirit Yoga

Imke teaches Spirit Yoga in Berlin and around the world. On a journey of self discovery she found herself living in various countries when she encountered Yoga as a healing tool and a precious philosophy, bringing all aspects of life together. Spirit Yoga was developed for the modern, open-minded person and promotes the ancient philosophy of Yoga in a vibrant, freeing and natural way. Based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga she uses powerful, deep-reaching positions synchronized with an intense breathing technique. Imke was trained by Patricia Thielemann, Bryan Kest, Max Strom and T.K.V.Desikachar and others. Her Yoga classes are challenging and at the same time meditative. Imke believes that in order to be healthy and live out our full potential we need a strong body but mostly a quiet and peaceful mind. Imke loves teaching Yoga. Passing on this gift to others, seeing them become more emotionally and physically free, cutting through negativity and stepping into the light is the greatest joy. Her personal yoga practise contributes to her work as a professional personal coach and communication trainer. Imke also runs various yoga retreats
