Since earliest childhood I was into sports. I started at the sweet age of 3 years with apparatus gymnastics. Then as a teenager I switched to dance and aerobics.
Since 1999 I am a dedicated Volunteer Training Directors in a Munich Sports Club and I teach a variety of sports fields such as dance, aerobics, Pilates, Flexi-Bar and spinal exercises.
About 10 years ago I got the yoga fever. Since then I practice passionately Vinyasa Flow Yoga and PowerVit Yoga and educate myself continually always be able to offer new incentives and challenges to my "yoginis and yogis".
Two years ago, I have expanded my education on the subject of diet and started my own business as a fitness and nutrition coach.
Now I can respond more precisely on the individual needs of my participants.
Each workout I prepare with devotion and love to give my energy and inspiration continue to let everyone free, balanced, relaxed and going home happily.

Inspired by the powerful effect that yoga had on her own practice, she left her position in a leading global advertising agency to start a journey of yoga study across South India. Today Claire runs a busy health and fitness consultancy in London where she teaches a broad range of disciplines.
