(Website coming soon)
Jasmin has been qualified in April 2011 at the Teacher Training in NY by Sharon Gannon and David Life as a Jivamukti yoga teacher and has subsequently made the apprenticeship with her mentor Anja Kühnell in Berlin. Jasmine teaches at Jivamukti Berlin and at also works as a lawyer in Berlin.
Jasmin has also taught for some time in a prison (JVA Berlin), with the premise of yoga being good for those who want to be happy and free, regardless of external conditions and circumstances.
Yoga helps us to find a way to be happy and free always and under all circumstances, namely NOW (atha yoga anushasanam / PYS I.1)
'Wellicious feels good in every aspect: on your own skin (materials); for the environment (eco friendly); for others (non-exploiting) ... so it goes together well with one of the most important tenant of Jivamukti Yoga: ahimsa (non-harming)' -

Yin & Hatha Yoga
My great interest in movement and body awareness brought me as a young adult to the Academy of Dance in Mannheim. Appearances on the tv show " Wetten das ... " followed with the Scorpions , and other celebrities. I discovered my love for yoga when I moved to Malaga and was working as a graphic designer – and in 2003 I attended my first yoga class. The asanas, energy and philosophical approaches helped me through the stressful time .
The Meridian Academy made me a fitness Instructor (A license ) and Saf Beta & Education Academy provided me with the professional certificate: "professional trainer for intensive yoga".
In 2010 I graduated from the Sivananda Vendanta Education in India / Vrindavan. In June of 2011 I successfully completed the training in Ayurveda - Ayurveda Retreat Hospital in Coonor / India. November 2011 followed by the Thai Massage Education at Chiang Mai ITM school. October 2012 - March 2013 I lived in Australia and taught yoga at Barefoot Yoga .
In New Zealand / Wellington I taught a yoga workshop. In Australia I learned Yin Yoga. Since then I cannot imagine my regular yoga practice without the Yin element. Yin Yoga is truly the perfect antidote to all muscle - active yoga styles and methods .
On this basis I have developed my own yoga style, which combines Ayurvedic and Thai massages and allows our energy (Chi , Prana) to flow again . I want many people to show what yoga is for me, namely:
Discovering the true inner beauty, increasing body awareness and a higher level of self- satisfaction.
'I like [Wellicious] cause everything is more natural than lululemon' -

Maren Brand
Berlin, GermanyHatha YogaWhile I was working in Spain in summer 2003, I went barefoot in the sand to my first Yoga class early in the morning. After the first asanas I already felt very familiar with the poses, as if I had done Yoga some time earlier. Characterized by this positive experience it was no surprise that Yoga became a morning ritual for me. I started my journey to Asia with the wish to discover more about Yoga. I visited convents and ashrams, where I learned how to meditate and be silent. I got to know many different Yoga teachers and styles in Thailand and India. I began to realise that I wanted to share my experience with others. In Berlin in 2007 I finally found a Yoga place and style in which I have been taught and became a teacher myself. City Yoga Shri Community in Berlin. In summer 2007 I graduated in another Hatha Yoga Teaching Training by Randall O’Leary at Koh Phangan. To share my Yoga passion with my students is the greatest gift for me. -
Kerstin Linnartz
Berlin, GermanyHatha YogaKerstin has been practicing Yoga for the past 16 years. She spent many years in India deepening her own practice and teaching students from all over the world. She is certified as "Advanced Yoga Teacher" by the Worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 500 hours standart for Registered Yoga Schools and is initiated by Swami Kailasananda (Yoga Acharya of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams in Europe). She holds diploma from the "Yoga Vedanta Academy" of Rishikesh as well as the title "Yoga Acharya" (meaning "master of Yoga"- whereby Kerstin insists that in her eyes this is just a title for someone who persistantly follows her own practice humbly sharing it with others). Besides that she trained in classical Hatha Yoga Anatomy with Yoga Acharya Swami Sivadasananda, in Ashtanga Yoga with Dr. Ron Steiner, did advanced teachers trainings regarding Breathing and Bandhas (energy locks) and studied the human Chakra System (energy centres) as well as Vedanta Philosophy, Ayurveda and several Meditation Techniques. She studied Kriya Yoga during a one year lecture after the original scriptures of Paramahansa Yogananda.
In the many years of her own practice she collected lots of inspiration from numerous teachers at Yoga ashrams and centres in the USA, Europe and, of course, India. Thus her teaching combines different elements from the "system" Yoga- from classical Hatha to more dynamic Ashtanga- and she emphasizes on not only focusing on the body and to not narrow down the teaching to the mere "form".
Her passion and the joy from Yoga touch the students in her classes and therefor Kerstin is teaching the "complete package of Yoga, which cannot only de-stress and relax your life but very much enrich it with more health, tranquility and real joy shining from inside out."
Having 15 years of experience on stages and in studios as a TV-presenter Kerstin knows how to use body and voice to really reach the receiver. She uses this talent to help her students into a deep experience during their own practice and shows them how to take "Yoga from the mat into everyday life".
"Yoga has changed my life 180 degrees. It helped me to let go of stress and drama in my life. It has given me the tools to again and again tap into the source and turned me into one of the happiest and healthiest people I know. Yoga shows you a way to treat yourself better, to be a better version of yourself. This is the experience I want to share." -

Julia Pritzel
Berlin, GermanyYoga TeacherJulia loves life, nature and of course, Yoga!. In her second home Asia, she learned to value Meditation and looked for a way to keep her inner tranquility that she was able to maintain so easily within a forest monastery and take it back with her to her urban Berlin lifestyle. The dynamics of the Vinyasa Flow Yoga bought together powerfully the body energy in harmony, through deep breathing, mediation and movement drawing her out of metropolitan stress which then resulted in sending her off on an unending and fascinating journey. A journey that firstly made her mind, body and soul healthy and happy. Secondly the power of meditation positively transformed her whole life. Happiness inspires and goodness proliferates. Her classes are an exchange of inspiration with a play of strength, flexibility, energy and relaxation including humor. With a grounded attitude to lead others to find true happiness here and now, whether in their body image or in life. Fascinated by the magic of the human body, mind and soul, she is currently being trained in naturopathic healing, body work and breathing therapy.
