A concept of being aware of your life and surroundings, people, places, things and managing all these components in a healthy, forward moving way that is natural and easy to maintain, not just another diet, trend, or fad.”

London, United KingdomVinasya & Pregnancy YogaGrowing up in South America gave Kirsty a wonderful insight into the kindness and generosity of the human spirit and how those with nothing seemed so happy. This upbringing led her to yoga which gave much more meaning to her life when she realised she'd got caught up in the 'want, want' lifestyle.
Conscious of how intimidating a class can feel to walk into, Kirsty helps her students feel supported and secure in her classes by teaching in a playful way allowing you to build up your practice step by step. Laughter is encouraged. She teaches vinyasa and pregnancy yoga but doesn't like to pigeonhole her style of teaching as she trained with so many great teachers and takes the 'best' bits to pass onto her students.
Kirsty writes for yoga and wellbeing websites, Yoga Magazine and has a successful blog about all things yoga related.
