Monte-Carlo, MonacoHatha, Yin & Full Moon Yoga, Yoga & Pilates FusionCathy has been a yoga teacher for nearly a decade having originally trained at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in London where she was blessed to study with Swami Vishnudevananda. Also certified by Sunshine Yoga in Yoga & Pilates she is dedicated to making her classes available to all levels of ability using a variety of styles, including Pilates, to provide a practice which works on strength, balance & flexibility, all in harmony with the breath. She also brings her special gifts as a professional singer to the Sanskrit chants she sings during the final relaxation at the end of each class. A former professional dancer she continues to sing both as a solo artist & leading her vocal trio, The Moonlight Sisters. Anette Shine
Monte Carlo, MonacoVinyasa and Hatha YogaAnette Shine, Danish Founder & director of Sunshine Yoga Monte-Carlo since 2003. Yoga-Certified by Shri Mahesh (Paris) 500 hours in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa by David Swenson, ACE-certified in 1990 in San Diego, USA and a certified Zumba Fitness instructor since January 2011 (www.zumbamonaco.com). Yoga presenter at the London Yoga Show in 2005 (Sunshine Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga), Yoga Presenter (in Italian) at the Milano Yoga Festival (2006) choreographer & participant in many advanced asanas demonstrations on the French Riviera. Organized Pilates certifications in Monaco in 2003, plus is a Yoga Teacher Trainer of over 20 instructors since the opening of the Studio in Monaco. Former show-dancer & singer performer at the Monte-Carlo Casino, currently part of the vocal trio ”The Moonlight Sisters” has participated in most of the main Yoga events in the world and visited & practiced in countless Yoga studios over the years…Leaders are learners :) -
Nicole Kraemer
Monte-Carlo, MonacoPilatesNicole is a former French/Spanish teacher. During a four years stay in Thailand, she practiced muay thai daily and became interested in massage therapy. She studied Thai Massage techniques at the Wat Po traditional medical school in Bangkok. Just before leaving Thailand and after a hip injury, Nicole found a love of Pilates and decided to immersed herself in becoming a skilled Pilates teacher. She started her studies with the Pilates Method from the Spanish classical school Pilates Wellness & Energy, in Madrid. After graduating, Nicole was introduced to Rael Isacowitz at a BASI Pilates workshop and decided to continue her education by learning the BASI method. She completed her BASI studies in 2010 in Paris. Nicole founded her studio in Monte-Carlo in September 2010 and she's still traveling around the world to learn from master teachers. -
Nadège Margaria
Monte-Carlo, MonacoVinyasa YogaNadège is a certified 500h registered yoga teacher (with Yoga Alliance) and a teacher trainer. She started teaching yoga as well as belly dancing on the French Riviera in 2005. She then move back to the States, where she was first trained, in 2008. There, she was part of Snowcreek Yoga Studio in the moutain town of Leavenworth (WA), where she trained new teachers during the training session 2011/2012 in addition of teaching regular Vinyasa yoga classes.
Nadège is specialized in Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing, dynamic, powerful and graceful style. She is highly influenced by the Yoga Master Shiva Rea and her poetic, fluid and creative teaching, and with who she did many trainings and workshops. Currently, Nadège brings this innovative style to the French Riviera where she now lives.

Maria Wasik
Antibes, FranceHaving previously worked as a professional ballroom and Latin dancer, Maria incorporates her experience and understanding of human movement with the science and knowledge gained through her clinical background. Through her Company, Pilates Santé, Maria endeavors to create a healthier lifestyle for those living or visiting the south of France. Trained by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), Maria teaches modified mat work Pilates for clients in the comfort of their own home in the French Riviera from Cannes, Nice to Monaco. Her approach derives from a solid base of exercise science which allows her to adapt the Pilates method to all clients, no matter their age or physical condition. Currently she offers Pilates classes modified for pregnancy and after birth, pain, seniors, cross training and for overall fitness and well-being.
