Yoga Workshop with Katy Appleton & Maya Fiennes

This workshop will ground you through dynamic asanas, open your heart with mantra, elevate your spirit with Kundalini practice and all done with humour and fun. It will take place on Sunday the 30th of November 2008 from 10 am - 4 pm at the "Special Yoga Centre", 2A Wrentham Ave, NW10 3HA London.
