All standard orders are sent with DHL. A signature is required upon receipt. We recommend you to use a daytime delivery address for your goods. If you are not in, the parcel service will leave a postcard for you, asking you to pick up the parcel at the nearest sorting office.

UK VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. A signature is required upon receipt.
Please note: is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax or other levies on all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and/or sales tax or other levies which are to be paid before you may receive your goods.

We understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. You can return the goods to us anytime up to 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. To enable us to process your returned goods please make sure the items are in the condition you bought it in, i.e. in a re-sellable condition. This means that it is unused, unworn, and without any marks (i.e. deodorant, food, grease, make-up etc.). Please take care to avoid scenting the garment(s) with perfume, and please also ensure all labels are kept intact.

Regrettably we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you can provide us proof of delivery – i.e. a signature of one of our staff. To do this take your item to the post office and ask to send the item 'Signed For' or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured postal service, similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. 

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify Wellicious Ltd clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract via post, fax or email. Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s). You will cover the immediate costs for sending back the item(s).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
