If you feel that yoga isn’t enough for you, try this new exercise concept from Canada: Spynga- a combination of yoga and spinning.
Get the cardio and fat-blasting benefits of cycling and the mind-mellowing harmony of yoga. A one hour class starts with an intense workout on the spinning bike and at the half way point you’re moving to your yoga mat for an Ashtanga based practice, using a fast-paced vinyasa series and strength building asanas to cleanse and tone. This one hour of jam-packed fitness training will leave you feeling energized, refreshed and satisfied. Take a class at Toronto’s Spynga, where partners Sari Nisker and Casey Soer created the workout. Or get inspired for your own course with a five-minute warm-up, 25 minutes of spinning and a half hour of yoga.
