Stay Fertile Longer
Your fertility will start to decline at 35, but you can adjust your way of eating to improve it.
- Eat organic! Try to eat as many raw foods as possible -at least 50%. Raw foods are rich in enzymes and amino acids which boost fertility.
- Drink! Being dehydrated can speed the aging process. Try to drink lots of water, fresh juices and herbal teas.
- Choose unrefined oils like olive oil, sunflower oil, and grape seed oil to flavor your salads and food.
- Eat freshwater fish like trout rather than deep-sea fish such as tuna, which may contain mercury.
- Eat spouted grains like alfalfa, lentils and chickpeas as they are high in rich enzymes and amino acids.
- Eat yam and sweet potato. They contain a natural form of the hormone progesterone.
- Eat nuts and seeds as they are packed with fertility nutrients.
