Relax and rejuvenate from June 22-29 in the beautiful rural landscape of Crete. A summer health yoga retreat with Hatha yoga teacher, Tish Webster.  There will be two yoga sessions a day.  Morning classes will begin gently and progress to refresh the body with pranayama exercises followed by sun salutes and creative dynamic sequences according to the requirements of the group. The evening practices will be based around a theme, such as patience or compassion, providing tools for personal transformation.  The evening practice will either be wind down sessions to calm the body and mind, with yin yoga.  Or, according to the group needs, a time to work through specific postures or areas students wish to work on.
