I very much doubt the above quoted benefits of Carpe Diem Kombucha compared to authentic kombucha tea that has not been: i) pasteurised, thereby destroying most of the drink's beneficial components; ii) artificially carbonated (genuine kombucha tea is naturally effervescent); nor, iii) over-loaded with sugar to replace the original sugar that has been broken down by the kombucha culture to produce the beneficial probotic acids, digestive enzymes, B vitamins and minerals that are abundant in authentic kombucha. Thanks all the same Carpe Diem, I'll stick to the real thing (Gaia's Organic Kombucha here in the UK!).
