So my tip for boosting your immune system is: Think green!
Fully packed with antioxidants greens are amazing for immune protection.
Choose green salad, broccoli, spinach and green peppers.
My latest discovery are Dulse seaweed and Chlorella/ Spirulina algae shakes.

My latest discovery are Dulse seaweed and Chlorella/ Spirulina algae shakes.
Latter is a type of blue-green freshwater algae with vitamins and minerals.
Dulse seaweed helps balance the body’s metabolic rate which burns the calories whilst chlorella algae can help to detoxify the skin and potentially assists with the breakdown of deposits of fat. Available in most of the Health Food stores.
Another great tip for your immune system are Goji berries.
It’s said that they contain up to 500 times more Vitamin C than oranges and more beta-carotene than carrots. They also store linoleic acid which is an essential fat that plumpens up the skin and makes it appear more youthful. The berries are a good source of B vitamins and anti-oxidants. The best thing is that there’s no messy peel, and the berries are so light that a “daily serving” is just 10-30 grams.
